Pump Keeper
Know the moment a well pump needs attention.
Pump Keeper is a well-monitoring service for water-well service companies. A small cellular monitor installed next to a well's pump drive (Pentek Intellidrive and Franklin SubDrive) watches the pump around the clock and reports problems the moment they happen — so the service company can respond before the homeowner runs out of water.
What it watches for
- Pump drive faults, with plain-English causes and likely fixes
- Out-of-water / dry-well conditions
- Loss of power at the well
- Short cycling and pumps running far longer than normal (possible leaks)
- Monitors that stop checking in
How alerts reach you
Each service company has its own secure dashboard listing its wells and their status. Alerts go to the company's on-call contacts by email and, for staff who opt in, by text message.
