These terms govern use of Pump Keeper, a well-monitoring service operated by Workman Quality LLC ("we", "us"), Tremonton, Utah. By using Pump Keeper you agree to these terms.

The service

Pump Keeper provides cellular monitors for well pump drives, a dashboard for water-well service companies, and alerts by email and text message. Accounts are for service companies and their authorized staff.

Accounts

Keep your password private and use the service only for your company's wells. Company administrators are responsible for the users and alert contacts they add.

SMS Terms

• Program: Pump Keeper Well Alerts — automated alerts about monitored well pumps, sent to service-company staff who opt in.
• Opt-in: a company administrator enters mobile numbers and ticks the optional text-alerts consent box in Settings, confirming each person has agreed. See Text Alerts.
• Frequency: message frequency varies with alert activity.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts.
• Help: reply HELP, or contact utahwaterwells@gmail.com or (435) 538-4303.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Alerts are an aid, not a guarantee

Pump Keeper helps service companies learn about problems sooner, but alerts depend on power, cellular coverage, equipment, and third-party networks, and may be delayed, missed, or inaccurate. Pump Keeper does not replace regular inspection, maintenance, or professional judgment, and is not a life-safety or emergency system.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. To the extent allowed by law, Workman Quality LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including property damage, loss of water, or lost profits, arising from use of the service or from any missed or delayed alert.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service; changes take effect when posted here. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
