Privacy Policy

Pump Keeper is a well-monitoring service operated by Workman Quality LLC ("we", "us"), Tremonton, Utah. This policy explains what information we collect through Pump Keeper (pumpkeeper.app, our monitoring devices, and our alert messages), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information: names, email addresses, and passwords (stored only as secure hashes) of service-company users.
- Alert contacts: on-call names, email addresses, and mobile phone numbers that a service company enters to receive alerts, along with a record of text-message consent.
- Well and customer details: information a service company enters about the wells it services, such as well names, addresses, customer names and contact details, and equipment notes.
- Device data: readings and events reported by Pump Keeper monitors, such as pump faults, power status, run times, signal strength, and SIM data usage.
- Message records: a log of the alerts we send and whether they were delivered.
How we use information
We use this information only to provide and support Pump Keeper: to monitor wells, show status on the dashboard, send alerts by email and text message, respond to support requests, and keep the service secure and working. We do not sell personal information.
Text messaging (SMS)
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Mobile numbers entered for text alerts are used only to send Pump Keeper well alerts and related service messages (such as opt-in confirmations and HELP/STOP replies). No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support the service, such as our text-messaging provider, solely to deliver messages and provide customer service. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. See our Text Alerts page for details.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us operate Pump Keeper — for example cloud hosting, email delivery, text-message delivery, and cellular connectivity for the monitors — and only as needed to run the service. Each service company's information is kept separate and is visible only to that company's authorized users and to us as the operator. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, signed sessions, and access controls that keep each company's data separate. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Retention
We keep information for as long as the service company's account is active or as needed to provide the service, and delete it on request when it is no longer needed, unless we must keep it by law.
Your choices
Service-company administrators can view and update their contacts and well information in their dashboard. To ask us to access, correct, or delete information, contact us below.
Children
Pump Keeper is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted here with a new effective date.
